*The detached garage at the rear of the property is used by the hosts. The hosts will not access the house and will not park on the driveway, but may walk down the driveway to access the garage. You may occasionally hear the noise of power tools during business hours. *The sump pump is located in the crawlspace under bedroom #2 and you may hear the sump pump cycle on and off in bedroom 1 & 2 at any time of day or night. *Professionally landscaped and maintained. During winter, the crew will plow and salt at a 2inch accumulation (not drifted) of snow. Salt buckets and a snow shovel will be available for guests.
